# Editor X (community License) hanging on startup

I am using this on several PC’s and the same Keysight account. One of them starts the Authentiocation app but eventually gets a system error. Is there a server issue?  
( I also tried re-installing)

Hi, can you attach the log files ({OpenTapInstalledDirectory}\SessionLogs) so that we can investigate the cause of the problem?

Looks like an autoupdate failed…

I manually uninstalled Useage Statistics then the process completed normally and started up EditorX
