# OpenTAP/Keysight User account account issue

Hi,  
My collegue is facing next issue when trying to login to either this forum or Editor CE.

If he tries to sign up again, than an error is shown that the e-mail has already an account.

It seems the combination of Password and Username are correct otherwise a message is given that the credentials are incorrect. However no mail is sent where a retry can be given to confirm again.

Who is responsible for these accounts and can help to resolve this issue?

Hi @everthuijben,

We are experiencing some issues with our verification emails ending up in spam folders. This sounds like a similar problem. We are working on improving our email configuration. In the mean time, could you check if it’s in spam?

The mail was not found in the spam folder at the moment of this issue,  
Currently my colleague is on holiday, we will do a new test when he is back.

Ok, when he is back and you experience the same issues, please DM me his user name, then we will investigate what is going on.
