On the new certification page on opentap.io I cannot see any info/link how to start a course?

Hello All,
There is now a working link to “Request a Quote” at the bottom of the Certification page. Visitors will be presented with a request for contact information and someone at Keysight is supposed to respond with registration information. The campaign ID in the URL should indicate which is the course of interest.
“Request a Quote” ? Is there a cost involved?
