Different error messages in tooltip for same problem (negative value)

When inserting a negative value to Lock Hold Off the tool tip is:

When inserting negative value at Lock Retries the error is:

At other parameters like here is no error shown when inserting a negative value.
Also here is no unit displayed like in the other fields.

I prefer the first error message and always the same message for the same problem.
(Not clear if everyone knows what is Uint32.)
