My request is that KS8400B can support LCA PlugIn and WaferProber PlugIn for on-wafer PIC automatic measurement. But it looks like that KS8400B cannot support LCA PlugIn N4370P01A and WaferProber PlugIn N7700210C. Based on below error message, the LCA only works with TAP Base v8.4 and WaferProber with v8.4, these two versions belong to KS8400A, is it correct? I am looking forward to your great support.
