Provide Detailed Documentation on new Features from 9.11 onwards

We are currently using OpenTAP 9.10.4 version with license.

There are many releases after that and latest releases is 9.18.3. We are planning to upgrade to latest version and development team is in process of doing Impact analysis.

I could not find detailed documentation about each new feature from 9.11 release to 9.18.3.

Example : 9.12 has new feature such as “Support parametrizing lists”. Is there any documentation about this feature like what it means, How to use in Keysight, demo video?
